Elon Musk is THE man

My brother is a none believer, thinks because he didn't see it himself, it might not be real. Also thinks the same about 9/11, man on the moon, flat earth and that we live in a simulation etc...basically everyone is in on the conspiracy and we live in some kind of Truman Show! :D

It's 'cool' to not be taken in by the big government hush-ups like the rest of you sheep :p
If my brother is the definition of 'cool', then I'd rather believe everything I see on TV :D

That attitude is adopted by a lot of Bitcoin investors though isn't it.... most recently when banks banned credit card payments for Bitcoin, all part of a global banking conspiracy planned at the Bilderberg meetings to kill crypto and maintain control.

There is actually already a conspiracy theory that Elon Musk HIMSELF is a CGI creation, being acted out by a Japanese man.

One of those is actually possible (the simulation one), or at least the logic behind the idea seems sound.

Thing is, you’ll literally never know because part of the simulation will be “not knowing you’re in a simulation”.

A Tesla, made largely of aluminium and plastic...just floating about in the thermosphere. Makes sense.

Well, strictly not true, if you take a boat out, ride the storm, almost die, you'll eventually you'll hit the edge of the studio, fact, I saw it on tv once ;)

My first reaction after the 'thats frickin amazing' was to think he was being a selfish schoolboy bunging a car up instead of using the opportunity to launch some science related project. I looked into it though at it seems that no one will put payload on an untested system as the payload is normally worth a fortune. On most test launches they use iron/steel as dead weight ,so the car makes more sense in terms of it could have been anything.

Certainly makes better press.
