There is but it errors and says the attending in person fields are required, I'm guessing they assume you're not attending in person if the webcast field is filled in? Christ, how hard is it to create a simple to use form!!

Why is Nominet not pushing .UK (& .co.uk) more aggressively, this must be a critical moment with the introduction of New GTLD's where users need clarity that .UK & .co.uk is the domain they should be registering and sticking with, and that Nominet is the trusted provider of this service. Does Nominet plan to promote .UK more aggressively in the near future.

I think the election for the resolutions closed online a few days ago so they'll already have a good idea of the totals on that. Probably prefer to be nice and forewarn candidates before result is announced formally.

Thanks for all the support once again. I'm on my way home. NED result should be out sometime tomorrow lunchtime onward, although as a candidate I'll get to know a bit earlier.

Good luck tomorrow David, hope you get in, though if you don't, I wonder if you'll return to your usual antagonistic self as you've been much more restrained in recent months and has been much more pleasurable to converse with you

I think the whole AGM was a disgrace, very negative presentations. (they didn't actually read my question out fully, it was 'watered down' as I think perhaps bit to strong meat for some).

I was shocked about how much they besmirched domains in their presentations in an obvious attempt to justify moving Nominet into new markets.

It's clear the CEO has already given up on domains at Nominet and not particularly interested in them either, he obviously wishes to take the company in another direction for the future to protect 'Nominet' from the demise of domains...boooo.

Maybe I'm old school but I expected an impassioned speech from the CEO about the .UK domain family etc being here for the future.

In his negative vision of the future he's said its all about 'platforms' which is the sort of comment that someone who's got mile wide inch deep understanding of domains would make, based on the current technologies that are popular *today* and probably some feedback from his teenage kids who use snapchat.

I'm amazed there was not more outrage really.

Nominet shouldn't forget their core business, and I suspect the business could operate for a tenth of its current budget!
