They don't make them like they used to!
I'm a big fan of the old british stuff but more so the films. I love all the old ealing comedies and a big fan of Will Hay, Norman Wisdom, Carry on.

From those days one of my favorites was Steptoe and Son.

Give me 'The Early Bird' any day of the week, Mr Grimsdale!

Shame there's no copy on YouTube of him tripping up in front of the Queen when he was Knighted, classic Wisdom!

Dexter is really good actually one of them mid-season gems that gets overlooked.

Just got to the end of the sopranos though and I've got to say I'm really pissed off at how they ended it.

A good show majorly let down by the last episode what is it with these f**king writers trying to be to clever for their own good.

I loved a programme called Lost pre-dating the polar bear island others time travelling crap. Three teams of two competitors were blindfolded and flown out of the UK with no window seats, landed blindfolded and transported out into the middle of nowhere in some backwater country, they then had to race back to London with only $100 and a cameraman per team for company. They dropped them in places like Siberia, the Sahara, Azerbaijan, etc... Each competition lasted a week and it was on Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs. For most of the first episode they usually didn't even know which country they were in. It made awesome TV and I don't know why the dropped it unless it was difficult to insure for kidnap or something.

A new potential one to add to the list - Pete Versus Life

Hopefully, the rest of the series follows up a good first programme.

I've probably just jinxed it now!!

No mention of Fringe on anyones list. It's like a modern X-Files but with science. I'm very impressed with it.

i am really into history at the moment, looking around stately homes and castles,so documentaries on anything about history apart from henry VIII,also like the hospital series on channel 4 ,the other night made me scream....it was about boob jobs and the people that should be entitled to a boob job were refused and the people that had perfect boobs had op's...disgraceful and also like hotel inspector (old one was better) undercover boss (c4) and who know's best (c4) absolutely hate anything relating to Jordon aka katie price or peter i have no talent andre,or anything relating to z list celebs prancing about pretending to be interesting....i seen one the other day about f*****g ndubz......yes ndubz,it takes three of them to tie shoelaces....

Here's my list of my top 5 fave tv programme:

Lost
CSI
The office
Vampire's Diaries
Skins

How could I forget Sliders my memory came back when I saw Piranha 3-D this weekend with my fiance she loved the movie

I used to enjoy SpringWatch, until Bill Oddie started cracking a joke about Blue Tits, Green Tits, Tits everwhere which put me right off my tea :) Before the watershed too ! Kate didn't know where to look :)

Occasionally I must confess to catching the odd Emmerdale, but I'm getting really irritated by the fact that I've never seen a customer in tasty Leyla's healthfood shop..it's beginning to look more like a harvest festival than a business...argghhh....more extras ppplease...
