I didnt set up any 301's? This was previously a good performing wordpress site until i changed it to FSB and it took a 65 place drop! Its loosing money every day now!

Im wondering if its a issue with the version of the software, i had problems i think since i upgraded,

What version is everyone on? and if you could say if you still have rankings or lost rankigns, will give somehing to compare, im on version 2.5 with lost rankings.

Im wondering weather it might be worth going back to 2.4

Maybe the posters at the beginning of this thread could advise. After all they blew its trumpet enough a few weeks back and said this would never happen.

They should have some help for fsb users.

I was more than happy with the results I was getting and only have one site over xmas it made me enough money to say I was happy,

Chris can I ask what version of the software you are running?

I've been using FSB since November 2010, and more than made up the cost of program within 2 months and that came from one site using a domain which had had nothing on it. My experience with domains which formerly had sites on them has not been good and therefore stick to putting FSB on "clean" domains. I have been happy with it and unusually (in my experience)for an automated program actually made some money and continue to for not a great deal of effort.
Claiming a refund based on what google does or does not do in only a couple of weeks seems a little silly to me especially as you never "lose" the money paid, just claim for it against tax.

Why should those users comment? We don't work for Fresh Store Builder.

do you mean 2.5? as thats what im using and i think thats the latest,

I have done a seo audit on my site, and well, that is lots of floors like end tags without anything to close h1 tags used 30 times on one page, missing code, using html strict but the coding isnt right for that doctype, no alt for images. taking awhile to go through the 16000 violations

Just checked my site (also using 2.5) - all products and titles on the homepage are using the h1 tag. Going to go through the homepage.php tomorrow and change them to h2.

This is actually a great point, which I haven't said much about. As most people here are domainers you will most likely have had other software or websites on the domains you are using for FSB.

If the sites were thin then it is likely Google will take more time to trust your new site.

There is no reason why the latest version would be causing you any problems and I advise strongly against using v2.4.0 as there are many improvements in v2.5.0.

The template issues are known and will be addressed in the coming version

Got my first site live although i must admit it's going to take longer to get the rest of the categories in place. The site is Travel Guides Books

Is anyone using the inbuilt spinner? I'm interested in it but wanted to know what other people's opinion of this feature? Does it work, is it worth the money?

Same for me. Took so long that I couldn't even have a look at the site (tried twice!).

Thanks for the feedback - i'm not experiencing any problems that I know of on my server. It's only 1 of 3 sites on my VPS!! The other site is www.aimeesboutique.co.uk... Could you let me know if that site is running slow or taking a long time to open up?

That's working fine, nice iPhone site by the way

The travel guide books one is working for me now without being slow so maybe it was just a once off thing!
