Wanted: Service Wheres best place to advertise for a Contractor Developer?

Hi

Looking to hire a LAMP developer on 12 month contracts. Looking to pay about £25k - £28k P/A. Cant afford senior ninja's who whilst might be awesome simply overvalue themselves. Looking for someone hungry to grow their experience and work portfolio.

I dont want to waste time/money posting the job to loads of job boards etc so if anyones had any success with getting decent candidates I'd love to know what sites worked for you?!

In case anyone reading this is interested I'm ideally looking for someone to attend my office/house in the Bromley area, Kent for a few months prior to moving into proper offices in Bromley town center. I'd let someone WFH 3 days a week regardless if it suited them.
