Transcom.uk Transcom ROR specific Bulk Dropcatch script released

OK, Ver 6.1.1 _ r will be released today, it has an additional script specifically geared to the ROR and has the following :

• Round Robin loading from any list, tested with 2 million domains
• Ability to specify the number of EPP registrations per minute
• Auto throttling iaw Nominet Specs
• Ability to specify the number of domains to catch per run (so you don't spend your £90k in one go)
• Auto removal of registered domains from the list
• Creation of domains registered list
• Domain list is a normal txt file, one per line
• Select number of DAC processes (ie run instances on the same multiple machines with the same tag)

There are several scripts in the same pack, including :

• run.php Hyper fast catch script for a single domain
• robin.php Bulk domain catcher, no limitations on EPP reg (Nominet Policy 1000 per 24hrs)
• ror php Specifically for the ROR, but can be used as standard as well
• config.ini Ability to change all parameters at anytime

If you have already purchased the script, then there is no additional charge for the above, your current licence key is good for all.

Have you doubled the price on this for the ROR drop ? Could be wrong but think i looked at this very recently and it was 280 quid ?

Hi Dee,

We generally put the prices up, but there is a 50% discount for anyone here so the price is the same.

Theres a lot more work gone into it in general, the ROR wasnt so hard but a load of requests were in for a Round Robin / Bulk script, which was basically a re write except for the algorithms. The ROR contains the Nominet requirements, ie, EPP attepts etc.

So basically three scripts (plus utilities all re written) for the price of the original.

We also now set it up on a free VPS (Linode in the London NOC or Mystic Beast) for a month, and you can choose to leave it there or move it onto your own server.

Just plagued at the minute with Trial requests / setup, so this way its quicker to get out.

As explained to Dee, we also now set it up on a free VPS (Linode in the London NOC or Mystic Beast) for a month, and you can choose to leave it there or move it onto your own server, even for those that already have licences (at no charge)

I have repeatedly tried to contact Transcom about release of a new script to conform to the DAC and EPP changes that Nominet is implementing in less than a week's time!
I have yet to receive any reply.

I have responded to you directly and in this forum, the new scripts are ready and weill be online in the next couple of days., the robin version will need further testing on the new live testbed so it will be Beta.

In addition, the original DAC/EPP will still work, iaw Nominets advice..

Thanks for the new software release Bill.
I have a query.
If I run option 3 (flatfile), when the script initiates I'm told the time has been synchronised by Chrony.
However when the script runs it states eg. [timenow] > 2022-09-14 00:59:22.283140, which definitely seems to be the server time ie. the uncorrected time!?
