suspended domain - not yet available

I have my eye on a domain that Ive wanted for 2 years

in nominet it shows this

Relevant dates:
Registered on: 16-Jul-2006
Renewal date: 16-Jul-2008
Last updated: 17-Oct-2008

Registration status:
Renewal required.
*** This registration has been SUSPENDED. ***


according to the dates this domain should have come up on 23 Oct

but its still showing as suspended, is it now 90 days from 17th oct or what ?

can anyone give any advice on how or when (or even if) it comes up,

The odds are high that 17th Oct was the day the registrar either renewed and paid by cheque of something Tag Names do that alot, or something else thats unknown.
