All the quotes at the bottom of the first Pastebin file are mine made in private conversations with people I thought I could trust and shared without my permission or knowledge.

For the record, I briefly used Ben's code but had my name and catches stuck on Twitter, received abusive emails and had multiple people report me to Nominet for cheating.

Whoever created that Pastebin file is sick and Nominet, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed for letting the scum who produced this file remain members!

With respect I know a lot more than I'm prepared to say in a public forum but what I can say is that some of the information has caused a lot of hurt! There's two people who have possibly produced that file, one has been spoken to by telephone and denied any involvement and pointed the finger at the other person.

I subscribe to the eye for an eye philosophy!

Sean, your inclusion in that pastebin was meritless, I agree.
I have mixed feelings about the rest: on one hand it seems to be an invasion of privacy, but on the other hand it is public information from social channels.
If those accusations are true (in either of pastebins) and verifiable then they should be put forward to Nominet who should investigate further. Though Nominet have said before that this is extremely difficult to ascertain, and rightly so.

For the record i phoned Andrew Bennett yesterday, he had no idea i was going to call him! One of his close friends sent me his phone number along with detailed emails suggesting Andrew is playing a part in this but once confronted he passed the book to Rob and said it was Rob and Denys who was going out of their way to come up with all the bullshit stories.

Well this would make sense because Rob and Denys want to dominate with all the customers tags they have and Nominet are not stupid

On a given day i catch 1 (maybe two domains)... Robs customers catch double figures so this is hardly me taking every domain, those that pretend they catch nothing are trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes... see Yesterdays catches below vs mine!

I have lots of customers. They catch lots of domains. I doubt many of those were contested.
I knew this was inevitable when I received the email with the first pastebin - was fully bracing for a backlash surprised it took so long.
For the record multiple tags don't interest me as I don't think this method needs multiple tags and is not a breach of the AUP. It's a clever method and I'm sure someone will find it at some point or nominet will just change systems. I agree with Webber though I don't think it was necessary to go into Sean's correspondence and in my opinion just turns the paste into yet another conspiracy rant.
But you're right - there are better things to do at christmas. So for what it's worth Merry Christmas (if we can say that).

What do you mean by your statement about briefly using Ben Hay’s code? Does that mean he sent you a copy of his code and you ran it from your own infrastructure? Does it mean he ran a copy of his code and you asked him to catch domain names using your EPP credentials? Does it mean something else? Let’s leave no grey area with what you mean.

If you believe you are doing nothing wrong with the above, why did you appear to just cave in to what you would know to be unfounded accusations and cease using Ben Hay’s code? It doesn’t make sense to me.

Have you been operating multiple registrar tags under your Nominet membership (this is permitted) and are you prepared to share all the reasons why you have been doing so if you have been, here?

“Sick” specifically in what sense exactly? What are you suggesting is sick from which of the files that have been linked to? Combing social media to find links between known catchers? Something else?

Why would Ben Hay, who isn’t appearing to want to answer the four questions I asked him above, which speaks volumes, tell you anything about what his method might be based on or even choose to assist you? What would be in it for him, other than kindness? Is he just not very smart and can’t keep a good thing (i.e. a competitive advantage) to himself?
