All women except one, and all referred to as men in the report. I can understand the level playing field approach, but it genuinely pi**es me off, as in my personal experience, men have always been the better managers to have worked for.

There must be a human resource manager who can inform the membership, or can't the membership ask such questions?

I wonder if she had visited nominet much before February or been paid pre Feb.

People inside Nominet should now be questioning their Supreme leader, cash windfalls and share deals for the future should not be enough to keep them silent.

The people I have spoken to there, especially 2nd line have integrity I'm sure.

The guys lower down the chain are excellent and a credit to the company, it is some of the leadership that are the issue.

Can I ask, what specifically did Jill Finney do to get fired that Ms Cowley has not done? Agreed, Ms Finney's was about kids and that is a big issue. But let us look at this factually....

Knowledge of destroying documents in case of FOI? Well Ms Cowley knew of that and did nothing.

Covering up a report? Well our board actually edited it and denied it. Mrs Finney never did that.

Our board had a court finding of deception, Jill to my knowledge wasn't even accused of deception.

Falsely using mental illness issues to defame a whistleblower - both did that from what I know.


If anything, Jill actually did less in my opinion (apart from the enviroment she did it in)... So please explain it to me because I am very confused.​
 
How exactly did she get past the interview stage?

When a search in Google on her name would have brought up all these allegations.....?:D Your guess is as good as mine mate. They will have to answer this stuff though.
