Why do the comments you make when selling a domain take sooooo long to get reviewed and accepted

I wouldn't have to write my own comments so often if there was a better selection of standard replies.

If you could get Sedo to add some more standard comments what would they be?

I'd add:

1. Seller is vat registered. Price includes vat at 17.5%
