I've received a few offers recently where by the fee appears to be much higher than 10%.

Latest offer was for only £70 but the sedo fee was £35. Half of the final price.
My counter offer of £200 came back that the fee would again be £35, still more than 10%.

Is there now a minimum commission fee of £35?

it's a co.uk. Funny thing is only a few days ago I sold a domain for £90 and paid £9 commission (ie. the 10%).

What's up?

There has always been a minimum fee with Sedo (used to be £100)

If you park your names with Sedo they waver the minimum fee.

Ah, that's make sense as only a few of my domains are parked; but most of them are listed.

I guess this is one which isn't parked.

Thanks for your help.
