You lot need to start thinking that a developed site is worth so much more than domain. Buy a plot of land and develop it and then sell the house....but in the web world the dev costs are so cheap

If we were the Masons, there would be a common & united purpose, which i think there is here, but we wouldn't be questioning the actions of two specific members who have done a deal, even if the deal was done through the use of this common meeting ground!

Surely everyone's portfolio, large and small, will have been enhanced by this deal. Who give's a flying f**k whether there was a house on the land. If the house is getting knocked down and another one built, the fact that the land has already been built upon always makes things easier to re-build on the same site!

he didnt buy it on acorn it was done privatly, he got me details from another source..
