Hi all, I am newly registered and have never sold a domain before so would really appreciate advice.

I have just received this e-mail out of the blue.

Hi,

Can you tell me - is this domain on sale and a price for it?

I replied saying I would take advice on a price and asked if he would like to make an offer but received no reply.

Can anyone advise me how to come up with a fair price?

Incidentally, I have a number of similar domains. Would I be better not selling this individually but putting a batch on the market?

If they ask you to pay for an appraisal first it is a scam email. Don't give them the money.
