Hello,

Statistics are now being properly shown.

This morning there was a brief bug in the reporting.
Our Technical Department has since addressed the concern, and will work to ensure future bugs do not appear.

Any chance of elaborating on the bug? There is wild speculation about what was actually being shown on other forums about which it would be good to be reassured.

Thanks
Stephen.

Are we saying here then that for a brief moment the earnings mask slipped?

The cat is out of the bug, err, I mean bag. Is that it?

I'm not Purrrrring.

The cat's paw comes to mind....................

Hello,

Wow, not sure what you mean here?

If you refer to your earnings of the previous day I think you will find that the value reported is quite consistent with that of earlier statistics.

As the day came to an end the value to be recorded was actually grouped with the sum of the days earnings... thus doubling the earnings for the day.
I understand this is inconvenient, and we apologize for any confusion created.
Our Technical Department has assured us they are working to elimate this bug in the future.

I was pointing to Brassneck's reference above about 'wild speculation' on other furums - a reference I think to the debate about the revenue percentage split between the domain owner and Sedo. The speculation appears to be that the erroneous stats from earlier this week possibly suggest that domain owners receive either 1/4 or 1/3 of the revenue and that Sedo retains 3/4 or 2/3 of the revenue depending on how the stats are interpreted. The 'percentage' debate is ever an open one, but the stats have added to it. :)

Meow.
