I work as a sales consultant and have two USA based clients both in E-commerce.

Addshoppers.com approached me with a host of retargeting tools. One of them I tested and it blew me away.

Using a database of 200 million IP addresses with matched emails, and permissions, they simply hit on bounces (that were in their database) with 3 follow up emails. These emails come from them with my client's offer, as a newsletter.

Month 1 started in week 3 = $28k

Month 2 – $68k

Month 3= $89k

Month 4= $182k

December – on track to hit the 200K

There is a $1,000 signup fee but, if you email [email protected] mentioning me he will get that dropped.

Richard said you need a minimum of $8k per month in revenue for this to be of interest to them. All you need to do is send him these for him to evaluate:

He will then let you know if you qualify.

Isn't this not a GDPR nightmare. I also thought sending marketing emails without consent became illegal in the USA also?

So essentially, you'll get a commission/kickback if someone signs up by you referring them, which bypasses their utterly pointless and false $1,000 fee?

Shouldn't you be disclosing you'll get a kickback as they're a US company you're promoting?

You're making their company look rather scummy.

Of course, i get a kickback. My first client paid the $1k fee, I negotiated the fee being dropped if I spread the word for my second client. I did not share because i thought it was easy money. I shared it because it works.

Their database is opt-in so they email the potential customer with your offer. Perfectly legal and no nightmares

Fortunate timing with you coming back to Acorn yesterday Phil? :D

The kickback hardly makes me rich. I am back as I am going to be developing a couple of domains for dropshipping. I had done this already but did not have the time while I was employed. I am now self-employed and can be more flexible in my approach to work. I joined a forum on shopify and drop shipping forum and at the same time came back to acorn
