Super high case value on these types of injury. Average profit per case won for a lawyer is about £5k+. Accepted case value for a CMC should be about £500 for head injuries.
Given the proposed cost shifting in the industry the only juicy cases left are going to be complicated medical/industrial claims due to their drawn out nature.
Small volume, high value.
