Ha, I thought of you when I heard the breaking news this morning.

Doesn't bode well for Utd tomorrow - clubs have a habit of playing out of their skin after something like that, esp when they've got KD (thats God to you lot taking over. Hope Sir Alex has psyched his boys up appropriately to compensate.

It may be a bit too quick for King Kenny to stamp his mark on the team by tomorrow.
But I'm actually looking forward to this game now and win or loose can finally see us starting to move forward after 2 years of darkness

A master stroke in some respects. Dalglish is so revered in Liverpools' history (which is all it is these days, a fair amount of their fans still don't get it), that even if he does crap, they daren't turn on him. I'd keep him for longer than the summer, giving the Board more time to think about how best to rebuild the club.

Disappointing that Liverpool got drawn against a Prague team in the Europa cup, I could have done without having thousands of scousers over here pissing in fountains, stealing stuff, vandalising things and fighting for a few days...

I guess the only people who live here who'll be happy to see them will be bar owners, strip club owners, criminal defense lawyers and bail bonds people.

Probably not. When the Scotland fans were over recently, they were pretty poor too. The fact is, unless you have a financial interest in them being here, nobody wants to see them. That time I was happy enough because even although I had to put up with a bunch of cross dressing lager louts for a few days, I got to see my own country play.

If fans want to see an example of how to behave properly on their travels, they should check our UEFA Cup Final run, particularly the Manchester part

I wasn't too sure about Kenny coming back to the club, but I'm slightly more convinced after his first signing! Stevie Clarke has a fantastic reputation in the game and was always regarded as the man behind Mourinho's success at Chelsea. (Perhaps I'm a little biased as he is an ex-St Mirren player?)

I imagine his first job will be to sort out the Liverpool defence that has been abysmal this season. Whilst they didn't look great yesterday, the three changes at the back were a definite improvement.

There were 15 arrests yesterday following the MUFC & LFC FA Cup tie, be interesting to see the breakdown.

Its an undeniable fact that groups of football fans act like scum whenever they travel in groups...

The day after the Scotland fans were here, the main square looked like a war zone, smashed bottles and glasses everywhere. During the full 2 days they were in the main square, kicking full size leather footballs the length of the square, into crowds of shoppers. Was good to see someone getting a slap from the cops for doing it, as I doubt anyone would like their mum or sister get smacked on the head with a football thats been kicked half the length of a football field, while they're out shopping

The Serbian fans were worse! They just started a riot in the main square, and smashed up some shops, attacking random people. Honestly, there is very little to gain from letting football fans travel at all. Sure they fill all the tills of the local pubs, but they leave mayhem wherever they go.

I've followed rangers all over the place and its the same there too, but from living somewhere were I see them coming, I can definitely see it from the other side. There isn't any worse crowd than a football crowd.
