Okay, I have EquityMortgage.org.uk

It is currently on page 3 of Google with some onsite SEO work, and a very small amount of backlinking.

A one page site (with privacy/disclaimer/contact and sitemap pages), I only started developing this site 3 weeks ago.

Content is original.

To my mind the hard part is done, and the site now needs some more original content, backlinking and article promotion to get it on page one.

I'm posting this now to see if anyone is interested in taking it off my hands as is - otherwise I will develop further and charge more.

I'm developing several of these sites and am still gauging when to sell and at what price, so I am looking for any offers at all.

Final price will be plus VAT and buyer pays nominet fee.

I can host the site for a few weeks, and transfer to the new owners hosting account if required.

PSD of header is included, along with the rotator script which rotates the text under the header (refesh any page on the site to see what I mean).

Please post offers and questions in thread ...

1. Send me an article each month and I will submit to article directories.
2. Let me know when you update the site, and I will update the RSS file and submit/ping.

As per original post, this is a brand new one page site. Purpose to date has to get it ranking and not to develop traffic. Traffic is negligible.

Well, that was one purpose of this thread, to gauge what a brand new starter site would be worth ... as it is I would hope for offers mid to high £XX

As per original post, site was developed a few weeks ago. Previously it was parked with Fabulous. I acquired the domain 10th April 2008, so domain indexed from then.

The new site version - Google shows a cache date of 28th October for the new version.
