For UK-bound tourism, .CO.UK domains are largely irrelevant. It's .COM that counts most:

EnglandTourPackage.com
EnglandTourPackages.com

Let's say an American wants to visit England. Some things to consider:

(1) Americans don't know what a ccTLD is. Most don't even realize .US exists. .COM is what we rely on.

(2) We don't use the word "holiday".

(3) The amount of history and destinations to see in the UK would be utterly bewildering for most Americans. Our own history scarcely dates back farther than the 18th century (and most of my countrymen know little even of that). So Americans will have no historical context from which to plan a trip to England. As a result, to ensure they get the "complete" england experience, Americans will want to rely on a pre-planned tour package.

That makes these domains a good option -- not just for Americans but for anybody outside the country who might holiday in England.
