Sorry, I did not mean to hurt anyone, nor to call anyone a thief here ... I meant that this is how it looks from my side, that the only advice I'm given here is 'delete the domain', and with a bunch of experts in the field, you have no better solution than deleting the domain?

I live in a world where if you paid for it legally, it's yours!
So how could I have paid for something that is not mine?
If I paid money and was allowed to purchase this domain, then someone received money from me, and he owned the domain until I bought it. If now eBay will allow me to even sell it on its site, then how in the world can it claim in a few years that it is suddenly not right for it, once it gives consent to sell the product, it declares explicitly that it has nothing to do with this product. Henceforth this product of the seller, and certainly of it will be of the buyer.

If eBay itself allows you to sell it and do it as you wish, and you paid for it by law, it's yours.
If you paid for it, according to the law - it's yours.

Difficult to comprehend how this poster is a product of the great 'Startup Nation' that I've just read about and - presumably - a member of this planets most intelligent race of people (by IQ).
