For all skeptics of all kinds.

I send two emails to Ebay's support team, I asked about the domain sale, and they told me unequivocally that there was no trademark problem here, and I could sell this domain even on eBay itself!
And it is not at all like renting a house as the respondent wrote above, because here even Godady (who hired me by the example) wrote to me explicitly that there is no problem selling the domain legally.

thanks for worrying. good week

Godaddy told you already that you could sell it. You just couldn't list it with them because it INFRINGED TRADEMARKS. Anyway I'm done with this - good luck selling your domain. It won't sell here. Lets hope it doesn't end up costing you thousands of pounds.

So close to the end of 2017 and I think we may have a new contender :D

I would like to thank all of you, as they say, "There is no bad publicity, there is only advertising"
And although this forum is pretty dormant, you've made a lot of views on my domain, thank you !!

Well, it's good to see you're keeping this thread alive for its comedic value. No doubt you'll be dealt with in due course - spamming is frowned upon. But until then, bon chance!

There is no spam here. I'm only posting my legally registered domain on the forum. And again, thanks for the cordial responses !!

I'm not going to bother to dislike your posts in return. I would refer you to post #27 here. That's spam. You can now dislike this post also.

Are you sure you didn't email ebates.com? I know someone high up in ebay if you wish to get a definitive answer I can refer you to him for free but I assure you he will respond aggressively. my advice is to grace delete and jump ship their brand protection team are constantly monitoring the web to try and make an example of someone .

PS low level staff no nothing about trademarks.

and more..are all domains
Which are offered for sale on eBay itself.
So what is the problem with my domain? It's probably jealousy, or uncompromising concern, either way. My domain is Excellent and legal and I'll probably sell it on eBay.
Unfortunately enough professionals here tried to get me to delete the domain thinking they could register it for themselves right away. This domain is a magnet for traffic, and in any case a magnet for income, so it is a safe investment for those who decide to develop such a forum.

Yes ok. We really want your terrible domain with potential legal problems. I can see you're going to last long in this industry. You're talking crap - you know it, we know it. I see he only wants 372,000 dollars for panelebay. Sadly I suspect you're the kind of person that thinks that's reasonable and your domain is worth a fortune. I wish we could autoignore people who have signed up in the last 3months - so many idiots.

Just someone explain to me that eBay allows private individuals to sell such domains? ....
After all the nonsense that you wrote them people had to be sued and not get a sales scene

Do you really think that ebay are going to waste money on a guy with an awful domain that he's asking 372k for? They know he has no idea about domains and will be gone. However if he created a working site EARNING money and TRADING off their name then they would take a different view. Your domain (poor as it is) has no route to monetisation. If you monetise it - you will lose it (and maybe worse). If you don't they probably won't bother you but no point having it. This really is my last reply - it's more than you merit due to your attitude but I assumed because you are new, your domain is new (and bad), that you originally seemed genuinely interested you came here to learn. Apparently you didn't - you came here to argue with people who have made hundreds of thousands over a decade and have thousands more hours in the industry than you do about how 'great' your domain is. You have nothing to offer us and we clearly have nothing you wish to learn.

Ok bro if you say so, probably not a good idea to call us thieves if you plan to do business here just trying to help but never mind Looks like you are already a Guru in this field . Take care. All the Best.

Can we have a copy of that transcript from eBay posted here please? eBay are not going to be fussed by some idiots trying to sell their trademark domains on eBay, until it causes damage to their business, at which point bending over won't be optional. Ultimately you are trying to sell a trademark infringing domain name to a bunch of professional domain investors that know better than to play such a stupid game.
