Bought this on DL last week with the intention of developing it but have had a few people interested now so any idea on its worth?

I think you got it at a good price, probably because of "Boots". Could see it selling for low £xxx.

Was planning on taking a punt on this myself and by the time i made it back to DL it had finished already. But yeah i reckon low to mid £xxx for this one. Possibility as a shoes / boots affiliate site, if you can get it ranked?

You need to unpark the domain immediately - the holding page is carrying ads which would be treated as 'passing off' etc.

Personally if you can sell it on quickly then I would...

If you set up a site all about Boots - wellingtons / hiking / cowboy et al. then it's a good domain IMO. In fact I will do some of the work for you seeing as it's a friday and I am trying to do nothing related to anything resembling MY work :D

So there's plenty there to get stuck into!

On a TM front, as a generic word provided you box clever and steer away from the TM classes that Boots operates in (see www.ipo.gov.uk) then providing you have nothing even relating to chemists / pharmacy / photos (ie any area that boots the chemist trade in) you *should* be fine.

But as other's have said - for gods sake get the parking pages off as lawyers and companies screengrab any proof of passing off.

Good luck.
