On a TM front, as a generic word provided you box clever and steer away from the TM classes that Boots operates in (see
www.ipo.gov.uk) then providing you have nothing even relating to chemists / pharmacy / photos (ie any area that boots the chemist trade in) you *should* be fine.
But as other's have said - for gods sake get the parking pages off as lawyers and companies screengrab any proof of passing off.
