Black Friday Sales - Anyone Looking for Bargains?

Is there a way of looking at only baby black friday deals on Amazon. I must be losing it, but if there's a way of filtering the deals, then I can't figure it out.

Prior to now there was category navigation on the left hand side of the Black Friday Deals page, but for some reason they've now changed the format and it's now gone. That said, there is now a category dropdown at top right of each section on the page, e.g. the Lightning Deals horizontal section, and you can select Baby from there.

Select 'today's deals' in the main header and that takes you to a page with a lis of dept's - of which baby is top.

Well that's me done for this year, I think.

Two lots of magazine subscriptions for my wife, plus hopefully £10.50 in cashback (I closed the browser I used for shopping, cleared cookies and relogged into Top Cashback so it should have tracked the two separate purchases from the same merchant independently)

For anyone interested in that sort of thing, there are a rapidly diminishing number of magazines at "Black Friday" prices (ok, do a quick Google to check it's really a deal) at...

BTW, interesting idea for those engaged in ecommerce: they have a total "deal counter" that is dropping all the time, showing how many extra-discounted subscriptions they have left. Really effective way to add a sense of urgency!

I have found it surprising that some major retailers are only having Black Friday Sales on the Friday itself. I think this is something of a missed opportunity, and I would have made a week of it like Amazon. Even if it's only a little offer, at least have something new each day of the week. I have been looking at deals all week, and some major retailers have been giving no clues about what might be on offer beforehand.

If anyone needs a cheap new Android smartphone, you can get a free Alcatel Pixi 3 when you top up £20 on pay as you go at EE Mobile today.

My local tobacconist is having a sale next week he has called it Ash Wednesday.......

i went and had a look. cheers for the tip, but they wanted me to dick around changing my SIM to a new one for it (despite being an existing customer!) and you had to use that phone with your existing number, i.e. you couldn't get it and just have it boxed as a spare.

There are some pretty big savings on high end Gibson Les Paul guitars if there are any budding Mark Knopflers or Eric Claptons amongst us. There's a nice one with the Ocean Water Candy finish.

But both those guitarists were renowned for using Stratocasters?

If anyone's feeling tempted into buying a SSD, the Sandisk Ultra II 960GB drive is just £149.99 on eBuyer at the minute. A quick Google suggests that reviews are broadly favourable for a budget segment drive (even the budget segment is way way faster than a hard drive)

Plus you might - I stress might - be able to get an extra 1.57% cashback if you shop via Top Cashback, as I explained in the first post in this thread (don't count on it - I'm not sure if it applies to Black Friday specials)

Ive got my eye on SAMSUNG RSG5UUMH, its the only American style fridge freezer i can find with a freezer capacity over 200 litre (within my price range).

Bought this today and saved a decent amount. Ended up getting it for £949

If anyone is looking for any large kitchen appliances and the price is over £1000 use LKA100BF to get an extra £100 off at currys.co.uk

Very nice! You've certainly got a lot of capacity there. I'm a fan of Samsung products, especially their monitors and mobile phones.

A bit late now but worth pointing out Top Cashback sells gift cards with 5% cashback including Currys, so presumably if you're about to spend £hundreds and you have time to plan in advance, you can load that amount onto a gift card and effectively save 5%.
