I have several databases for use with websites available. Some in .csv for easy transfer to WP or MySQL, others in .sql format. I have sold them already in private transactions including to a members here (they can confirm, if they wish) 
Most of them use text from Project Gutenberg and taken from old books no later in any copyright. You can check project Gutenberg for more details. I do not claim any copyright on any of the data, my work was to convert plain text files into databases. And, to be honest, it is one of the most tedious and boring things to do.
Please download samples first to see if they are suitable for you.

16,093 male and 12,215 female names, .csv format, samples are here and here.
Price: £50 for both
3. Name list
27,607 name entries only, no meanings or male/female separation, .sql format, sample is here.
Price: £10
4. English words list
213,557 entries, words only, no thesaurus, .sql format, sample is here.
Price: £15
5. Full Webster's Unabridged Dictionary
176,047 entries, .sql format, sample is here.
Price: £40
All databases together - £150.
Please note, I am only selling them as-is and can not support you in implementing them. If you are not familiar with data import-export then do not buy them. To the best of my knowledge all the information is in public domain, meanwhile I am not giving any guaranties, I am not a solicitor I am not selling is as my data, but only as my work in compiling text into database-readable formats.
