The names are getting approx 2000+ unigues a month right now but this can be as much as 8/10000 month during the months November,December,January, its a Christmas Thing.

They are also trademark domains that could easily be taken away.
They would need to have fantastic traffic in order secure anywhere near the figure you're asking for.

To answer some of your concirns BANNEDfromTV!

All the above names where registered Pre-Trademark, I remember that there was a lot of debate about this at the time, Nintendo released there Console name prior to holding any trademark for the Name, I have never had any issues with the names, the only one that might have issues is Nintendos Wii ? but no problems to date. There are lots of active Wii sites, one I seen recently just sold for $4,000 which proves that developed Wii Websites do sell.

I'm not concerned, i'm pointing out that your names are trademark and to fetch the kind of money you are wanting you would need to be getting a lot of traffic to be worth the risk.

Believe it or not I'm actually trying to help you here rather than slate you.
I also own wii domains but wouldn't expect to get masses for them undeveloped as the trademark hinder that.
I also think it's been established that whether or not the trademark was in existence at the time of registration would bear no fact on the domain itself.

They announced the name of the trademark in question before registration, maybe that was a fault. However that said you have also stated that you registered the names on the basis of the promotional material from Nintendo.

If any of your domains were developed then I'd say you may have a chance of getting the asking price mate. As they stand undeveloped, I personally think you'll struggle unless they have killer traffic.
I'm happy to be proved wrong though

If I was to develope these names then the price would be a lot more, I am leaving room for whoever buys to recoop some of there investment, as for traffic, they do get a fair amount of direct hits but I am sure this would increase ten-fold if properly developed.
