Why is Sedo process so slow

I have sold my domain and buyer paid and money received on 27/12/07

now it has been more than 10 days, why is it still telling me I have to wait for e-mail because they need more info from buyer, the guy paid very quickly so I am sure he would have given all the info to Sedo already..... why's it so slow????

I saw other example where the seller receive e-mail to begin transfer on the same day as the payment cleared. Is all the Sedo staff all on holiday???

.com and .co.uk are different, .co.uk requires paperwork.

No excuse then i guess. Just dont move it into 1and1, they nicked one off me I think.
