Wanted: Domain Appraisal WholesaleSupplements.co.uk

Okay ... I own the domain/site wholesalesupplements.co.uk.

Currently number 2 on google for the term "wholesale supplements", and other related terms.

Although it's my domain, I've leant it to a friend.

I'm looking at two options ...

1. Selling it to a wholesale supplement, supplement manufacturer.

2. Developing a product that lists the best UK sources for wholesale supplements and selling that.

My question/s ...

If I go for 1. and considering that it is number 2 on G, what would be a good price for it. AND, has anyone got experience selling to that market/businesses?
