Just had a few good results (might be wrong) I have noticed - Take "loans" just for example if you describe the adsense Channel in more detail, cpc goes up on actual paid not guess work by Google's CPC.

So instead of the below as a short shite description that is maybe used on loads of sites and just saves typing niche descriptions for each.

"Bank Loans"

Try maybe

"Unsecured Personal bank loans with low APR to consolidate debt from credit cards, loans and other personal debt"

Not 100% but have done some tests and CPC has shot up from pence to £ Pounds.
