Then I can only assume either your last issue was years ago when they then appeared to be half decent, or the issue was something very very simple to resolve, or you were extremely lucky.

Really couldn't give a F*&k, I'm not the one running a public facing business. Most useless rude tw@t i've ever dealt with imho. Actually he probably shares that title. Time will tell if I'm the only one of that opinion.
