Looks to me like Nominet should look at withdrawing their public domain registration facilities.

Their TAG is now linked to the new company - Weycrest Solutions Limited - so I'm not sure how easy it would be for Nominet to suspended them. I don't have domains there so haven't really got any ammunition to go to Nominet with.
