Has anyone got a mobile number for someone at Weycrest? Had a server down since some time in the early morning and am getting zero response from all listed phone numbers and email addresses!!!

Hmmm, the support was always a bit crap but reading the recent comments here it looks ike things have really gone tits up. If anyone's got anything at Weycrest I'd shift it now!:

Yes I saw that a while ago, at the time though I was getting some some of support from them. Now totally agree - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

For customer support I would recommend krystal hosting. Allways someone on the end of the phone and email.

I have emailed them a few times in the early hours and had support within half an hour!

My VPS has now been down since last Wednesday, have had no response to support tickets/emails and phone calls. Absolutely useless!

Yeh, pm'd him last week and have been keeping my eye on his last visited date. The original company seems to have been dissolved recently and a new one set up - not looking good!

It must of changed hands at some point earlier, as they had a decent rep on here a few years back. I then used them about a year ago and the guy I had to deal with gave me the impression he was a manic depressive! the last job he should of been doing was one which was dealing with the public! if it's the same guy then he must of lost his motivation!
