Exactly. I think it's just so subjective, and there's an element of "right time, right place" about it. Since you're actively looking for something though, and have a budget in mind, you're pretty well placed to find something that matched your needs sooner or later. Maybe you can make further plans relating to the site while doing it, and hence be more able to play a waiting game.
