Want to live in Phuket?

Just a heads up. I'm taking over a small resort in a really popular area of Phuket (Rawai). It's 2 mins from the coast and Nai Harn beach is only 5 mins away on a moped. Kata is approx 15 mins away and Patong 40 mins or so by bike. The nightlife around here is great, and there are lots of fitness options very close, for those that like to see the day - muay thai, yoga, gyms, scuba, etc.

My aim is to fill the place with likeminded people who like to make money, so we can bounce ideas off of each other, and ultimately learn/earn more.

I'm getting a 50 meg fibre optic internet connection put in, so you will be able to work with no problems at all.

I've got the BEST masseuse in the world who comes to your room and only charges £6 per hour for an oil massage. She really does give the best massage (no happy endings before the comments fly in!)

Living 10 minutes from this resort, gotta say it's a beautiful place and a stones throw away form a quality Irish bar and plenty of nightlife - not tried the masseuse yet, lack of happy endings put me off!

Ha Ha, yes that was the days of the "prenoms" big bucks falling out of the air on daily basis!

The only problem is that I'm looking to book it out long term and there's only 5 spaces left at the moment. If it was the Thai equivalent of the Bellagio then that would be awesome!

I'm exchanging contracts in the next few days so will see if I can come up with some more short term stay ideas, once I'm done with that.

PS. I'm getting kettlebells, and some other fitness stuff and either a pool or table tennis table!
