Wanted: Domain Appraisal wakefield.co.uk appraisal

I own the domain and website wakefield.co.uk we have not done much work on the site for a few years.

Wakefield is in West Yorkshire about 10 miles from Leeds. About 300,000 people live in the district and there are about 11,000 businesses.

I am considering selling the domain any one like to help me with a value

Thats a cracker. City domains are worth a bomb. I'd keep it and develop it more, as your a web designer use it to showcase your skills, most websavvy people will have typed their home town/city in a some point so must get good traffic???
