TM aside, if you were to develop it, what would you do with it? It isn't a searched for word/phrase outside of people looking for the brand and impossible to use as a brand given the TM's... and even if there were no TM's, would you want to brand your business on 1) a .org.uk and 2) after a well known company? Just think outside the box instead of thinking just because a word has searches it's worth money, it isn't.
