I'm in negotiations with several potential buyers and will probably sell UKProperty.com in the very near future.
Anyone with an interest in UKProperty.com is welcome to talk to me via PM.
At least one potential buyer is a very well funded end user. However, his current offer is too low -- $10,000 USD, which would be 5,900 GBP.
In the past, I have had one much higher offer, but that startup (although still interested in the domain) is electing to wait for their business to take shape before buying. I'm impatient.
Anybody who wants to can purchase UKProperty.com from me right now for 59,000 GBP. Below that, I'm simply interested in stacking up offers against one another and possibly selling.
