Where is this traffic coming from, the site seems to have hardly any existing backlinks and its def. not a natural type-in domain? Also what are the revenue stats?

No - i didnt want to accept it as i keep getting more and more unique visitors each month. and yes i do want to sell it because i need the money!! but i'm not going to sell it at low price!

as i knew them appraisals were scams!!!! i paid sedo to do an appraisal for me - so i go off that one - please don't slag off people's comment's / threads again. i think you should get that chip off your shoulder first before you join in!!!
