It's patently clear that Nominet cannot run effectively, or enforce it's rules on troublemaking/rule-breaking ISPs/Registrars...
Customers are being done-over (often without even knowing) viz-a-viz 1&1 etc., and there appears to be no protection or ability to address these things.
That's why I wish to stand up for the underdog in my ongoing proceedings etc.
I don't like having to move to legal action to get things done, but more and more with regards Internet things these days, it seems the only avenue, since STILL we have no 'net-savvy' consumer protection office or department anywhere in our Government!
