Wanted: Domain Appraisal UK GEO Town Name

Been offered a Town name today, on a .co.uk, approx 25k residents, doesnt look like a major travel hotspot or anything there that has any great tourist appeal.

Worth a punt? What would you pay?

Thank you Edwin, I have managed to squeeze the price down from 1500+vat to 775+vat and I feel there is a little bit more there.

Im not overly keen on Geo domains, so I willl leave it for the weekend and see how I feel.
