...OK lets get busy - I've worked for the biggest and the best, and I'll tell you now, Nominet fall short of even a 'pass' at these standards.
Please name what you regard as "the biggest and best" and in which fields of endeavour they were active. (I would like something to compare biggest and best by.)

Sneezy... in the words of the immortal Basil Fawlty as he poked Manuel in the eye with his finger... "let me explain".
You have become bitter, twisted, and totally self-absorbed with what you obviously believe
in your own mind are the demons within Nominet and its systems. When I met you on the 22nd June (at Nominet) I thought you were a reasonable kind of guy. You have since become more and more illogical in your assumptions and allegations. Whether you accept it or not, Nominet has tried to accommodate your grievances, but here's the problem as far as I see it and this is only my humble opinion though it seems logical Mr Spock.
The balls-up you keep referring to but won't state in black and white (even when requested by your fellow Acorn Domain's subscribers) stems from one simple, unfortunate, and inalienable fact. You
yourself mis-managed the DRS and the official complaints procedure at your disposal. So if it's mis-management you are alleging, you need to look to yourself first because you sure as heck mis-managed that lot.
Nominet offers a complaints procedure. If you want to criticise everything and everybody's dog at Nominet you need to do so from a righteous standpoint. In my humble opinion your standpoint is completely flawed in your expectations of the written policies and procedures of Nominet UK. You may find this out if you stop expending hot air long enough to take legal advice and/or legal action. I have already told you to go and do what you have to do, but you just go on and on like Ariston about the same old same old... and for what? You can solve this dilemma of yours by legal advice and/or legal action. Do it mate; you have my good luck and good wishes. Complaints are good things if they are viewed positively and Nominet has always been keen to modify and/or change it's policies and procedures if they think they can be improved.

I'll tell you what, some of us (and we don't have to you know) are actually trying to improve things
That's very magnanimous of you sneezy... but I doubt it has much to do with you or "some of us" actually trying to improve things. What it is more likely to do with is the malicious vendetta you have openly acknowledged and continue to wage on this forum. There's no honour in doing anything for the wrong reasons which is why I keep saying you can't be right from a wrong standpoint. So get on with it sneezy, do what you gotta do, and we'll see what we will see.
