top 10 .co.uk sales this year

I think our chief moderator could report a recent five figure sale, maybe last year.

these prices are silly.

webdesign.co.uk 30k - jhc... ibargin.

three.co.uk 100k what were they on?

They make that back in a day..

prices

interesting...

as far as we know, there are at least 9 $200k / £100k generics that would be on the list and another 4 that would be on a superlist at $400k + all are private, brokered deals, all are under confidence agreements and all have made there money back in REV... ;)

what is interesting or should we say would be more interesting is a, say, top 20 list of names that we know were purchased at X and sold for XX, XXX etc etc in a year.... this would 1) be more fun 2) show the UK investors where the market is going maybe...:)

even a thread to show the potential profit on some sedo / snap / auction names bought and sold would drive the market a bit...

there is def not as much movement in DN's since the stock / property correction on the markets last month and if things carry on the way they are there might even be a DN price correction?

lists are what drives the DN market so wonder if anyone has any earlier ones than 92 hidden away?

thoughts anyone?

1.7 mil on 13 names in 2007 so far , or are you talking about overall?

To clarify, are you talking about .co.uk ccTLDs ?

these maybe the top 10 sales in terms of ££££'s but they arnt the BEST names that have been bought and sold - not by a long shot

Which in peoples opinions is the best buy (and worst sale!)??

or worst buy (and best sale!).

I think fly is best buy has great potential, short and holidays/flights are massive on the internet.

PhonesSale.co.uk £4200 not good? (although some domain sales are distorted if they had a high ranking website).

Reasonable

I suppose we all have our own views and we should respect each others...I am sure many are scratching heads over my unused portfolio

If I had 5K to spend on a .co.uk then I think Reviews would of been worth it, but definitely not 38K.
