Recently dropped domain. I hand registered this today. All other domain extensions gone. Google search shows about 4K local exacts for the single word and about 8K local exacts for 2 words time zone. Lots of other various keywords to promote.

Any thoughts on the value?

I see it as fairly low value as not overtly commercial, and traffic won't be easily monetisable.
