Wanted: Domain Appraisal template /co/uk

Welcome opinions on this domain (plus the .uk). Not so much a brandable name, but easy to remember, and huge scope within the website template market.

It has been commented that the plural may be better, but I've always search for a "wordpress template" or similar, though I guess results would be similar.

What ballpark am I looking at if sold through DL/here? This isn't a domain I'm looking to develop myself (bigger fish to fry!).

Plural would be better, and 'themes' would be better as thats the proper word for Wordpress, template is not really correct (or what most people would search for)

If it sells for £XXXX on DL, an end-user price one day of £5,000-£10,000 wouldn't be out of the question.

Didn't think of it like that, I suppose you are right, but I'm happy to sell on DL to another domainer willing to sit on domains for a longer period of time for the right buyer. Leaves a profit in it for everyone then (hopefully). I shouldn't have put "lmao" as it is an appraisal so everyone is entitled to their opinion, sorry about that. Auction going very well so early, clearly some keen buyers.

There's no guarantees that it will sell for that figure to an end-user, but it's certainly not out of the question. The name has a much wider use than simply website templates. Great brandable.
