Before you all go mad, I know that most of you hate the .tel extension.

I quite like it and have decided to build a directory for the .tel. I know there are lots about already but I own a few and quite fancy a go.

It will not be anything outstanding as I am not a web designer but it is a small project for me to do in my spare time with about another 20 that I have decided to develop.

Any suggestions would be great.

Do you think I have a good extension for the .tel directory or would you look for something else.

I really like as it does what it says on the tin

I want somewhere where I can build a really neat directory so that people can add there .tel domains in there chosen category with easy accessible menus ect.

I did originally think of building a directory on a .tel extension but I feel really limited as to what I can do as I have found out in the process of doing gretnagreen.tel.

There are still a few good .tel extensions available if I decided to go down this route but I think I will definateley stick with the .co.uk extension of some kind.

Do you think my extension is ok though for a .tel directory or would you change it ?

Hi guys

Just a quick update on the .tel directory.

It is now live however it is not all up and working correctly and there are still tests being done with the site.

Some of the links are not working and the descriptions are just test text.

I still have the tutorial and video pages to finish as well as a few others.

It should be working fully in the next week or so and then I will start to promote the site.

I know most of you are not keen on .tel but hey its 100% free to advertsie if you own one.
