I stopped watching Sherpa a couple years ago when it became a circle jerk about NFTs and other nonsense which is a shame because I used to enjoy it and learned a lot from them.Love this post - need to add some shortly.
Did you see Josh Reason bought coffeeanddonuts.com (was on Sherpa)
It baffles me sometimes how unaware/naive people cam be as to the power of a domain upgrade especially when it can be almost free.
I thought exactly that, maybe it wasn't available at the time and they have never kept an eye on it. Also once your business is up and running on a name it can be a royal pain in the arsenal to change it.Yes it is surprising on both domains and emails - blueyonder is a blast from the past!
Bradfields feels really nice rather than the added farms - will look at whois as it may not have been available at the time or they thought SEO was better on a longer domain.
Now that's a serious upgrade!Yes we did an upgrade for bridgingdirectory-com to bridging-com and it was an 18 month freeze out.
There are other ways of doing it - even for emails its much easier to remember etc
Hmm yeah hadn't thought about that. I guess a .London isn't great for a someone operating nationally. I'm guessing they run their London campaign as a separate entity as its so big. This is a great one - i wonder how stage coach do the rest of the uk?
Incredibly rare! That and the .dog earlier in the thread. Only seen the 1 of each.I've not seen a .rent in the wild before!
