I thought it was a made up word but it's in the dictionary,

One who communicates by telepathy.

Probably not many people know that, but a it's a good name for the niche market. Finding anyone to pay much for it might take a while. Some interesting results on a TM check.

Maybe low to mid £xxx on a good day, or £50 from the vultures.

As said before, telepath, there aint many if any around yet, empath is the thing these days of which admittedly I can be at times if in the right mood and it's with the right person. Once you get to know someone it's amazing how you can feel what's going on but I'm still amazed how 1000 miles apart you can sense similar things, weird.
