According to G keyword tool this term has 450,000 local exact monthly searches in the UK and a CPC of £1,31

Assuming that G figures are correct, this name should have some decent value to someone who can develop it properly.. but are these figures actually correct? Thats almost half a million people/students(?) searching for that exact phrase every month! .. it just doesn't seem right, and there's no ads for the term in the search results. What do you guys think?

UK Students usually deal with The Student Loans Company - an arm of Government - which provides grants and subsidised lending. The market isn't worth much in the UK because of that. There are other areas (such as some health care services) that have the same issue (due to the NHS) which Google manages to mess the stats up on (probably due to US stats leaking into UK somehow when the US has a predominantly private rather than public system). Sorry to report the phrase isn't strong here and the TLD is poor too.
