Streamic Public Beta

I am willing to corroborate - very impressed with the streamic system.

What it boils down to is earnings - which beats other systems I have tried - however the actual system is nice and user friendly , all ajaxy and shiny :)

Bearing in mind this is all in beta as well... the actual proper V1.0 release could be very interesting :)

Not saying anyone's talking bollocks, just being dilligent...

Sedo ratio across the two tools shows 800k+ which for 5million they state now listed equates to a ratio...
It's the comparative ratios I'm looking at with comparative multipliers...

Used domaintools.com aka whois.sc Reverse IP tool...
Showed the entire list of what IPWalk stated...

Reason I'm digging so deep is I've just smashed the 700% presedopro/postsedopro barrier (no BS, happy for sedo to verify too) this morning...

With 25% on top that would give me a potential of almost a 1000% gain on
core names I'm using that were in my account at the changeover (not new reg additions) for the growth %'s I'm quoting...

I have also improved my earnings on Pro. Not 700%, but up. I hope these improvements will carry on after the Sedo event in Maastricht.

Hi Static,

Streamic has been beating Sedo consistently over a number of months now and we are quietly confident that we will continue to do so for a long time to come. We have never believed in the favouritism approach such as Sedo's two tiered (normal/pro) structure, which I know they are taking steps to change/have changed recently. Our system works very well for both big and small portfolio owners equally.

Personally, I love NameDrive's setup and they are obvious market leaders (we've still managed to pinch good accounts off them), but we arent looking to emulate anyone, we think we have a very good proposition in its own right.

If you have a decent portfolio, why not give us a try. We have some spaces left on the public Beta signup.

Cheers

Paul

I am aware of the reverse lookup tools you mentioned but not fully aware of how they compile their figures.

IPWalk and DomainTools publish what they find parked in both cases, as they find them...

Re: other post - Sedo has never showed favouritism...

Your beta testing, so were they...
You have criteria, so do they...

Not for me, but good luck with your project....

Thanks! Completely understand people do not like to take any risks with their income, but nearly everyone who has tried us out so far has gained from taking that risk.

Hopefully we might see you try us out once there is a bit more info for you (about us) in the marketplace. :)

Cheers

Why not try a few names on Streamic just to see what happens. In particular to begin with I added names with poor ctr on Sedo and generally found that I did better with those. The good thing is that you can enter three relevant keywords rather than on only one on Sedo so providing a much richer parking page.

Stephen.

I tried that approach..

I parked a few names (less than 10), and they did less on streamic than on sedo. (not much in in.. a few cents)..

But i am quite sure if i had the balls to move 50% of my names across i would see an increase in many of the names.

bulk dns change going to happen on the first of the month, moving 50%+ of my names from sedo -> streamic... i will let people know if portfolio goes up or down :)

Deconstruction, yes... you should see some nice results if you move a bulk lot of names over like that... I look forward to seeing how things go.

Streamic performance is set to grow over the coming months with the introduction of additional monetisation features, i.e. popunders (which are opt-in) are just around the corner, and these have a generous base-level RPM so you can squeeze even more out of your domains.

Some other very special monetisation features are coming soon for those who hold domains within certain categories. More about that nearer the time :)

I moved 95% of my domains across and have never earn't less than 3 times the amount I got whilst with Sedo.

What sectors are you in?

You were SedoPro, and still in after the Sedo changes of last month to see the 'now' difference between the two?

Hi Streamic/or any Streamic users

Have you got any example landing pages that you can post here. Many thanks

Kind regards,

Nigel

Here are a few different template styles for you to look at. As mentioned though, some are being worked on, improved... and additional templates are on the way.

memory.co.uk | Multi Search Results (technology)
credit.co.uk | Multi Search Results (business/finance)
planetpoker.co.uk | Multi Search Results (gambling)
shropshire.org.uk | Multi Search Results (unassigned/default)
xxx.co.uk | Multi Search Results (adult)

We currently have around 12 different styles, but we will be expanding this quite a bit.

Cheers,
James

Thanks for posting those examples - the page looks very nice

When you manually optomise i.e. shropshire.org.uk is it just the 3 tabs at the top that you can change or can you manually optomise all the related links on the right hand side?

Does the page have to show all the popular categories at the bottom of the page?

Many thanks

Nigel

Thanks! they are a bit last year now, they will be being updated soon. Not huge changes because the CTR is good, just a 'make over'.

The only KW's you can change are the tabs at the top. The related links are generated automatically based on the users query (domain or keyword).

Does the page have to show all the popular categories at the bottom of the page?

Unfortunately, yes. But it does help catch a small percentage of traffic that doesn’t find what they are looking for in the ads section.

At the moment a user search fails then the default categories move up the page to be displayed. Believe it or not they do get clicks (if only a few) and they convert reasonably well.

We have toyed with the idea of changing the popular categories in the footer and making them more relevant to the portfolio you have put them in. (we could trial it soon I suppose).

The only thing that has stopped us in the past is that the 'relevant links' do such a good job of catching 'missed' searches we have been reluctant to spend too much time on it.

Hi Firestars,

We were running some tests on a new server late last night and had some problems with CSS paths. The problem was probably sporadic as it existed on just one server, but it should now be sorted. If you spot anything else, [email protected] will reach the devs directly.

...and here was I thinking this launch was going so smoothly! ;)

Cheers
James
