A recent catch, have done nothing with this yet. Will most likely throw a minisite up over the weekend as it looks quite interesting.

Population of around 19,000 and popular with tourists.

If you've read my other threads you'll know I've not a drop of experience with geo domains. Would like help with value please for domain alone and let's say a 5 page site with good hand written content, photos, news, weather, etc.

The .co.uk version has a parking page. The .co.uk and .com's without hyphens [amendment] although registered do not resolve.

Any of the above are 20x better than "squatter"

The fact that the domains resolve or not does not change the status of the owners of those domains. They're either end users, or they're domain investors.
